Sky Tower, Auckland

- The Sky Tower is a telecommunications and observation tower in Auckland
- It is 328 metres (1,076 ft) tall, as measured from ground level to the top of the mast
- Since its completion in 1997, the Sky Tower has become an iconic landmark in Auckland's skyline, due to its height and design
- It was the tallest freestanding structure in the Southern Hemisphere from 1996 to 2022
- The upper portion of the tower contains two restaurants and a cafe; including New Zealand's only revolving restaurant, which turns 360 degrees every hour
Mount Eden, Auckland

- Maungawhau / Mount Eden is a scoria cone and Tūpuna Maunga (ancestral mountain) in Mount Eden, Auckland
- The cone is part of the Auckland volcanic field, the tallest located on the isthmus
- The volcano erupted from three craters 28,000 years ago, with the last eruptions from the southern crater filling the northern craters
Sutherland Falls, Fiordland

- Sutherland Falls is a waterfall near Milford Sound in New Zealand's South Island
- At 580 metres (1,904 feet) the falls are the tallest waterfall in New Zealand
- The base of Sutherland Falls is a 90-minute (return) walk from Quintin Public Shelter on the famous Milford Track

Nugget Point Lighthouse

- The lighthouse was solarized in May 2020 and now has no mains power
- A 20 minute return walking track leads from the car park at the end of The Nuggets Road to a viewing platform right next to the lighthouse overlooking "The Nuggets", however the lighthouse itself is fenced off
